In February 2009 Klein McCarthy Architects was hired by the Hubbard County Board to assist the County with a long range master plan.
The original Government Center was built in 1975 and since that time the county's population and county staffing has increased more than 60%.
The County's goal for the feasibility study was to analyze their current and projected department space needs for the next 15 years, looking at staff
changes, possible operational efficiencies and how to best utilize the existing building area available.
The study examined the following topics: Background History, County Population Demographic Data, Department Issues, Staffing Projections and
Future Space Needs.
